Four people have been booked in Surat for beating and stripping a teenager over suspicion of mobile theft in Gujarat’s Surat. Police was alerted after the teenager was admitted in a hospital, one of the accused made a video of the incident and shared it among his friends. In the video, the victims can be seen getting dragged, stripped and beaten by one of the accused. Investigation of the case has been handed over to the assistant commissioner of police, H D Mewada.
